Adopt-a-Family, Happy Brithday Jesus Party and 12 Days of Christmas
Adopt-a-Family. Are you interested in bring smiles of joy and wonder to area children and families this Christmas? Then consider adopting an area family who is facing sadness and despair because they're not able to provide for themselves and their children.
Adopting a family is simple and fun. We can help you pick a family and provide you with important infomation such as how many children there are, their ages and gender, as well as a wish list. Then you get to go shopping and provide a Christmas they're sure to remember and appreciate. If you don't have time to shop but are still interested in adopting a family, we will accept gift cards too.
12 Days of Christmas. For the second year, Cherry Street will be hosting the 12 Days of Christmas for our guests. For the 12 days immediately following Christmas, there are themed opportunities to adopt-a-meal at one of our locations, which means you can provide the food and volunteers to prepare and serve, or simply help serve, whatever works into your plans - just let us know.
