Emergency Shelter
Cherry Street provides homeless men with a hot meal, a safe place to sleep, and a warm shower. Area churches conduct Ministry Hour for the men after the evening meal is served.
During their stay at Cherry Street, men have the option of entering the Ready For Life Program (RFL), where they will be assigned a case manager.
Ready For Life Program For Men
The Ready For Life Program is available to all men who come to us for services. The Ready For Life program offers a wide range of classes which include: Relapse Prevention, Thinking For a Change, Offended No More and many others.

We offer an individualized care process which begins with the assignment of a Case Manager. An individual Care Plan is written for each guest which includes an Habilitation Plan.
Each program guest receives medical, psyche and spiritual evaluations which assist the Case Management Team in serving the guest to the utmost of our ability.
We have 119 emergency beds on the first floor in two bunk rooms. The third floor has an additional 31 beds for men in our RFL Program.
