This Thanksgiving, you can help us, help those in need in our community…
Help us provide 700 cold Thanksgiving food boxes this year!
Please help by donating the following items needed for a Cold Food Box.
WHAT IS IN A COLD FOOD BOX:
2- 15 oz can - Yams/Sweet Potato
2- 15 oz can - Corn
2- 15 oz can – Green Beans
1 large can - Chicken Broth
1 box - Instant Potatoes
1- 15 oz can - Cranberries Sauce
2 boxes - Stuffing Mix
2 boxes - Macaroni & Cheese
1- 8 oz can - Gravy Mix
1- 2 Liter Beverage
1- box - Cake Mix
1- can Frosting
1- 12 lb - Frozen Turkey
Fresh fruit
Deliver to Madison Food Service and Community Center, 1919 Madison Avenue, daily from 7 a.m.to 7 p.m., no later than Monday, November 19.
*You can also donate $45 and we will do the shopping for a food box that serves 4-6 people: Please make checks payable to “Cherry Street Mission Ministries Food Services.”
Assemble or Deliver Food Boxes and Hot Meals

Tuesday, November 20 from 11:00am – 4:30pm

Thanksgiving Day
Adopt breakfast for 250 servings to be served from 8a-9a Thanksgiving morning.
Adopt a light-dinner for 250 servings while our guests watch the football game.
Thanksgiving Weekend
Friday, November 23; Saturday, November 24; and Sunday, November 25, we will need volunteers to adopt a meal of your choice: Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner (250 servings) and serve.
FUN!!! Sign-up to facilitate interactive games all weekend… Karaoke, if you’ve got the equipment! Or bring everything to play bingo along with small inexpensive prizes or candy!

Volunteer Orientation Dates
To sign up for any of the above volunteer opportunities, please attend a one-hour orientation session at 1 p.m.on Saturday, November 3, 10 or 17.
