Cherry Street has several key positions open for individuals who are called to look beyond the adjectives society puts on people, and see the human that God has created. Cherry Street offers a competitive wage and benefits package for hourly and salaried positions working 25+ hours per week. Operations Team Member – Part-time, hourly, approximately 24-32 hours per week, $11.55 per hour, located at both our Men’s facility and Sparrow’s Nest Women’s facility. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to our guests, assisting in the daily operational needs of the facilities, securing the premises, and maintaining an atmosphere that supports life transformation. On-call positions also available.
Advocate – Part-time, hourly, approximately 24 hours per week, $11.55 per hour, located at our Sparrow’s Nest Women’s facility. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to our guests, providing individualized case management, and equipping men and women that accept responsibility for their own recovery.
Maintenance Technician—Full-time, 40 hours per week, $13.40 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to work orders by priority in order to maintain a safe, habitable, environment for Cherry Street guests and employees; responding to proactive maintenance requirements. Selected candidate will have general mechanical aptitude and experience, basic carpentry, basic electrical, basic heating/cooling, basic plumbing, extensive hands-on experience, basic knowledge of necessary tools and materials, clean driving record, strong interpersonal skills
