General Summary
|
With the President & CEO, conjunctively plays an integral role in the strategic direction, goal-setting and performance management of Cherry Street Mission Ministries. Is a proactive member of the Senior staff. Is directly responsible for assigned areas; significantly contributes to deliberations relative to system-wide strategic direction and other matters. Reports to President and CEO. |

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES |

Extensive knowledge in the not for profit, social services arena. |

Demonstrated five years or more of progressive leadership responsibility and experience. |

A high degree of professional executive knowledge, both practical and theoretical, to ensure the development and maintenance of viable and effective ministries that meets mission. |

A high level of strategic and analytical ability necessary to provide the executive leadership in addressing opportunities and challenges. |

A high level of interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively and to make effective presentations before groups. Ability to understand and have a “sense of the appropriate” in difficult situations. |

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding metric targets including lean management initiatives. |

WORKING CONDITIONS |

Works in a normal office environment with no adverse exposure to noise, dust and the like. Work requires travel to Cherry Street Mission Ministries facilities. |
